- No Content Storage: Content is analyzed and immediately discarded—we don't store conversation content on our servers
- No Moderation Records: We don't keep records of moderation actions or decisions
- Content Categories: We only block content related to violence and adult material. All other content (politics, religion, medical, financial, self-harm, illegal activities, etc.) is allowed to support comprehensive language learning
- AI Confidence Scoring: Content analysis includes confidence levels for transparency
- Minimal Blocking: Only violence and adult content are blocked by default, allowing meaningful real-world conversations
- User Control: You can enable/disable content safety and customize which categories to block
- Educational Content: Educational content is always allowed to support learning objectives
- No Keyword Lists: We use advanced AI analysis instead of simple keyword matching
- Automatic Filtering: All content filtering is automatic—there is no user reporting system
8.2 Analytics and Data Sharing
- Aggregated Analytics Only: We send only aggregated analytics events (without any conversation content) to Firebase for service improvement
- No Content in Analytics: Analytics events contain no conversation text or user content
- Firebase Integration: Firebase receives only usage metrics, crash reports, and aggregated safety event counts—never conversation content
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies on our website or within the App. Specifically:
